Purpose of processing:
Narzędzia processes the personal data of Website Users in order to correctly perform contracts concluded as part of the on-line store via the website: www.hexo.com.pl (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"), which means that these data are needed in particular for:
- registering on the Website
- conclusion of the contract
- making settlements
- delivery of goods ordered by the User
- the User's exercise of all consumer rights (e.g. withdrawal from the contract, warranty).

Narzędzia processes the following personal data, the provision of which is necessary for:

Personal data is processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016.
We process your personal data with your consent, expressed at the time of registration on the Website and at the time of confirmation of the transaction made on the Website.
Consent to the processing of your personal data is completely voluntary, however, the lack of consent prevents you from registering on the Website and making purchases via the Website.

Entrusting data processing
Narzędzia may entrust the processing of personal data to cooperating entities to the extent necessary for the transaction, that is, for example, in order to prepare the goods ordered by you and deliver parcels or provide commercial information from Narzędzia (the latter applies to Users who have agreed to receive commercial information).
Users' personal data, apart from the purposes indicated in this Privacy Policy, will not be made available to third parties in any way, in particular, they will not be transferred to other entities for the purpose of sending marketing materials of third parties.
